H14 filters can be used to filter viruses: Viruses have a size between 0.005 µm and 0.1 µm. Usually combined with other particles, such as saliva, suspended solids, etc., they form conglomerates. Conglomerates are also called germs. Usually they have a size between 0.4 µm and 0.5 µm. The more reliable separation of germs (conglomerates) is achieved by using min. H14 filters.Each filter is tested according to EN 1822 and DIN EN 60335-2-69 and receives its own serial number.
