Proper ventilation is not only important for a pleasant working environment, but is also essential in many areas for reasons of occupational safety and due to official requirements.
The ventilation of rooms removes harmful substances such as paint or varnish fumes, welding smoke, dust particles, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, carbon dioxide and water vapour.
Due to its large air delivery capacity with high air pressure, the TFV 300 Ex is suitable for a wide range of ventilation applications in Ex-protection zones of class 2, for example for tank cleaning, in port facilities, refineries, shafts or silos.
Aggressive environments do not affect this quality device, because the centrifugal fan, designed in accordance with ATEX directive 2014/34 / EU, is integrated into a robust, powder-coated steel housing with a highly resistant two-component paint finish. All desired types of steel are optionally available.
Even with long air transport routes with several bends and hose distances of 40 meters, the TFV 300 Ex impresses with its high air transport capacity. In contrast to axial fans, this powerful radial fan conveys the air perpendicular to the impeller axis according to the principle of a centrifuge, in which the air is pressed outwards and compressed in a helical housing.
The switches, cables and plugs of the TFV 300 Ex are approved for use where there is a risk of explosion. Suitable coupling plugs that are approved for use in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 can also be supplied for connection extensions.
In addition to the frameless standard version, the TFV 300 Ex is optionally available as shown, including an additional frame made of galvanized steel with robust transport rollers, forklift slots and crane lifting corners. The transport frame offers you maximum mobility and is ideal for use in frequently changing locations.
