Proper ventilation is not only important for a pleasant working environment, but is also essential in many areas for reasons of occupational safety and due to official requirements.
The ventilation of rooms removes harmful substances such as paint or varnish fumes, welding smoke, dust particles, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, carbon dioxide and water vapour.
The TFV 100 Ex is the optimal fan solution for all ventilation applications in Ex-protection zones with high counterpressure, such as occurs on long conveyor routes through the use of several interconnected air transport hoses. In contrast to axial fans, this powerful radial fan conveys the air perpendicular to the impeller axis according to the principle of a centrifuge, in which the air is pressed outwards and compressed in a helical housing.
The centrifugal fan, designed in accordance with ATEX directive 2014/34/EU, is integrated in a robust, powder-coated steel housing with a highly resistant two-component paint finish, which makes it extremely resistant to aggressive environmental conditions. All desired types of steel are optionally available.
In addition to the frameless standard version, we can also deliver the TFV 100 Ex as shown, including an additional frame made of galvanized steel and with robust transport rollers, which offers you maximum mobility and is ideal for use in frequently changing locations.
The switches, cables and plugs of the TFV 100 Ex are approved for use where there is a risk of explosion. Suitable coupling plugs that are approved for use in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 can also be supplied for connection extensions.
